THE KEEPER-16 OZ

Renewal, cancellation and skipped payment rules:

1. Your Perfect Element Coffee Subscription automatically renews every 3 months. We will email you seven days before your next renewal. You may update, skip or cancel your subscription up to five days before the scheduled renewal date.

2. Properly skipped payments will not be charged. You may skip up to two consecutive quarterly shipments, after which your subscription must be reactivated or cancelled.

3. If renewal payment is unsuccessful, we will notify you and retry the payment one time. Your subscription will be paused if payment cannot be completed, and no coffee will be shipped until your payment information is updated.

4. Orders cancelled before packaging are eligible for a refund. Once an order has been packaged or it’s shipping label created, that shipment cannot be cancelled or refunded. Future renewals will be refunded as requested.

5. Because coffee is a perishable product, shipped coffee is not returnable for refunds. Please contact us if your shipment arrives damaged, incorrect or defective so we can make it right.
